How does my order arrive?

Your order will arrive in refrigerated transport. We also place your order in a polystyrene cooler box with some ice packs to help keep it cool. We will  pick up the polystyrene box with your next order.

How much is Shipping?

Your shipping costs will depend on your location. The cost of your shipping will be worked out at time of check out. We offer free shipping on orders over $109.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We guarantee next day delivery to Melbourne Metro for all orders submitted before 12pm.

Delivery days outside of Melbourne Metro are as follows:

Albury / Wodonga: Tuesday & Friday
Ballarat to Castlemaine: Tuesday & Thursday
Bendigo to Heathcote: Wednesday & Friday
Echuca: Tuesday & Friday
Geelong & Bellarine Peninsula: Tuesday & Friday
Horsham: Monday
Mornington Peninsula: Tuesday & Friday
Philip Island: Thursday
Traralgon: Friday only
Warrnambool: Tuesday and Friday

Can my order be left if I am not home?

If you have authorised us to leave your order will left in a place you have nominated your order will be left at your own risk. We do not take any responsibility for the order once it is delivered. If you do not authorised us to leave the order will not be left it will return to our storage and another delivery fee will be charged for the order to be delivered.

What do I do if there is a problem with my Order?
